Extruded fin tube for air cooler Heater or Heat Exchanger Parts
Base tube material: SA213 TP304 SIZE:OD25.4mm * 1.6mm THK * 6000mm LG
Fin material: AL1060 15.88mmx0.35mmt x 10FPI
Manufacturing Process:
The fin is wrapped around the tube and secured at each end. Gives some surface protection to thetube. Used for moderate temperature cooling applications.
Upper temperature limit: 120°C
Application: L-type finned tube mainly used in petrochemical, electric power, tobacco, building heating and other industry such as air cooler, air heater, plant starch spray drying system.
Capacity: 9000 meters/day

Features:
The winding technology improves production efficiency and heat transfer, makes the average fin pitch and higher proportion between fins and tube. At the same time, the base tube can be protected from air erosion.

Packaging: sea worthy with plastic cap for each edge of core tube , finned tubes shall be put on the metal frame with wooden walls and plastic layer be considered between tubes rows to avoid damage and deformation of the fins
